How do I make a complaint?

MyWardrobe strives to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with the products received, however if you do have any queries or you’re not happy due to any cause, our customer service team is here to put things right and resolve the problem.

 

Steps:

Please contact us directly through our telephone number or email, addressing your full name, address and order number followed by the reason for the complaint and what you would like for MyWardrobe to assist you with.

What you can expect from us:

                We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 3 working days after receipt

                We will investigate the complaint and ask questions if needed

                We will try our best to meet your desired outcome by talking through with you the possible actions that could be taken

                We will keep you informed with the progress of our plan

                We will issue a final response within 14 working days after receipt, however, if this is delayed, we will communicate with you the reason for this delay
